“Truly exceptional, if not the most exceptional team of working-at-height experts I've ever worked with. Every job is executed with precision and professionalism.”

Windows that finally match your view: clean glass, clean frames, and a building that looks the way it should.
Dirt, salt and traffic soot dull the glass and hide the reason people pay to be in your building. And it gets worse when a cleaner rushes the hard drops, skips the isolated panels, or leaves you guessing about what actually got done.
Rope Access Technicians handles detailed window and frame cleaning for high-rise strata towers, office buildings, hotels, public facilities and complex landmark buildings. Our IRATA-trained team uses rope access and other suitable access methods to reach difficult glazing while working around your occupants and normal building operations.

Salt spray, dust, traffic soot and water deposits build up fast on exposed glass. The result is hazy views, a tired-looking facade, and complaints from the residents, tenants or visitors who notice.
It's worse when the provider skips difficult panels or leaves you in the dark about what was completed. You shouldn't have to walk the building after every clean to find the windows they missed.
We agree the scope before work starts, then clean every panel in it, properly. No shortcuts, no knowingly skipped windows. If a section can't be completed safely or as planned, you hear about it. You won't find it left quietly undone.

Frame cleaning isn't just cosmetic. It helps protect the facade and extend its service life, especially on coastal buildings. Salt and built-up grime trap moisture against aluminium and its protective finish, which can contribute to coating breakdown and corrosion. Repairing or replacing affected windows and frames costs far more than including them in a planned cleaning program.
As standard, we always wipe the bottom frame so water doesn't drip down and mark the facade. Full frame cleaning is an optional add-on we recommend, scoped and quoted separately based on the finish and the time the frames need. For anodised aluminium we align with the manufacturer's requirements and the maintenance guidance in AS 1231-2000.
Every facade, access system and operating environment is different, so we tailor the scope and access plan to the building rather than forcing every job into the same method. Our window cleaning services can include:
We don't clean private homes, and any internal work is limited to shared common areas agreed at quoting.

Rope access is often the best fit for high-rise buildings, complex facades and glazing that's awkward to reach with conventional gear. It keeps the setup footprint small and cuts the disruption that comes with larger access systems.
But it isn't the right answer for every elevation. Depending on the building and site assessment, we also work with building maintenance units, elevated work platforms, portable or fixed scaffolds, and extension-pole systems. Picking the right method lets us reach the full agreed scope efficiently while managing access, public areas and your building's day-to-day operations.

Property, strata and facilities managers need more than clean glass. You need a contractor who turns up, communicates and owns the result. You can expect:
Where we can, we send the same team back to regular sites so they already know the building and the finish you expect.
Safe, compliant, high-quality outcomes through a proven, repeatable process that runs the same way from first call to final sign-off.
We understand the building, the risks and your objectives before any work begins.
Practical, fit-for-purpose solutions that actually work on site, not just on paper.
Clear scope, methodology and expectations agreed up front, no surprises later.
The right people, equipment and documentation ready before day one.
Controlled delivery with clear updates, supervision and quality control throughout.
Formal sign-off, follow-up and a long-term partnership, not a one-off job.

Rope access window cleaning uses an IRATA-trained team and specialised rope systems to reach high or difficult glazing. It's especially useful on tall buildings and complex facades where scaffolding, elevated work platforms or building maintenance units would be impractical or unnecessarily disruptive.
External glass is our main service. On selected commercial projects we can also clean internal glass in shared spaces such as hotel receptions, foyers and lift lobbies. We don't clean inside private homes or individual apartments. Any internal areas are agreed specifically at quoting.
We always wipe the bottom frame as part of a standard clean so water doesn't drip down and mark the facade. Full frame cleaning is an optional add-on, and we recommend it, particularly for coastal buildings exposed to salt. Because it adds time to the job, it's scoped and quoted separately, and we match the method to the frame finish, condition and the manufacturer's maintenance requirements.
It depends on coastal or industrial exposure, traffic pollution, building design, facade finish, tenant expectations and any warranty requirements. Exposed coastal and high-traffic buildings usually need more frequent attention than sheltered ones. We can assess the site and recommend a practical schedule.
Pricing is site-specific. It comes down to building height and design, number of panels, access method, anchor or building-maintenance systems, glass condition, the external and common-area scope, frame cleaning and scheduling. A site assessment lets us scope and price it accurately.
Yes, after-hours work can be arranged when daytime access would interfere with tenants, customers or building operations. Timing is confirmed during planning and can depend on site rules, lighting, noise limits and safe access.
We're based on the Gold Coast and focus on the area from northern New South Wales up to Brisbane. We also do regular work in Sydney and Melbourne, and we're happy to mobilise nationwide where the scope and budget allow.
Tell us what you need accessed, inspected, repaired or maintained. We'll come back to you within 24 hours, no fluff, no run-around.
