Air on Broadbeach is a 40-plus-storey tower built above the well-known Oasis Shopping Centre, easily recognised by its bright yellow ACP cladding. We've been cleaning the windows and certifying the height safety system here for several years.
We've built a good working relationship with the building manager, Craig, and beyond the regular quarterly window clean we've taken on a range of façade repairs and other cleaning scopes across the building.
