These terms govern the provision of services by Rope Access Technicians Pty Ltd (ABN 85 604 378 850, QBCC Licence 15006167). By engaging us you agree to these terms unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Quotes & scope

Quotes are based on the scope and access described at the time of quoting. Variations to scope, unforeseen site conditions or additional works may affect price and timeframe and will be communicated before proceeding where practicable.

Payment

Payment terms are as stated on your quote or invoice. Late payments may incur interest and recovery costs.

Safety & access

The client is responsible for providing safe and timely access to the site and any information relevant to safe delivery of the works.

Warranties & liability

We warrant our workmanship as set out in your quote. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to re-performing the affected works.
