A full wash down, window clean and balustrade clean for Andrews Projects, with a defect-liability façade inspection to close it out.
This was the first project we completed for Jordan Andrews at Andrews Projects. We carried out a full building wash down, cleaned all the inaccessible glass, both sides of the balcony balustrades and the external side of every balcony window and door.
We also worked closely with him to complete a full façade inspection during the defect liability period, so any issues could be raised with the builder while there was still time to act on them.
