The most complex cleaning job in our portfolio: inaccessible glass, external balustrades and the outside of every glass shutter on a coastal tower.
Reflections is a twin-tower complex of glass-façade buildings close to Greenmount, Coolangatta. Tower 1 is only 22 storeys, but between the layout and the height safety system it's probably the most complex building we clean.
It isn't just the inaccessible windows and external balustrades. We also clean the external side of every glass shutter on the building. Sitting right on the ocean, it takes careful planning to execute properly, both in how the crew is set up on site and in which areas get done on which days, because the Coolangatta weather can be volatile, especially through summer.
