“Truly exceptional, if not the most exceptional team of working-at-height experts I've ever worked with. Every job is executed with precision and professionalism.”

A leaking window, stained glass, damaged facade or inaccessible external wall should not become a scaffold-sized problem. We provide safe, practical access for homes, apartments and private properties, with qualified trades to investigate, repair, clean, replace and maintain difficult-to-reach areas.

On many properties, the access can cost more than the work itself. Rope access can remove the need for large scaffolds, cranes or elevated work platforms where it is safe and suitable, making small and medium repairs more practical to complete.
We assess the work area, available anchorage, surrounding property and the task before recommending an access method. Sometimes rope access is best; sometimes a temporary fall-restraint system, ladder or platform is more appropriate. You will get honest advice based on the safest, most cost-effective way to solve the problem.
Our crews understand they are working around your home, neighbours and belongings. We communicate clearly, protect finished surfaces, keep the area tidy and provide photographs of the completed work.

External walls, windows, roofs and balcony elements may be common property, even when the issue affects only one apartment, and approval requirements vary between buildings. We can help you describe the issue, prepare a practical scope and coordinate with the building manager, strata manager or body corporate once authority to proceed is confirmed.
For larger shared-property projects, see our Body Corporates and Facility Managers pages for planned maintenance, facade inspections, height safety certification and whole-building services.

“Truly exceptional, if not the most exceptional team of working-at-height experts I've ever worked with. Every job is executed with precision and professionalism.”
“I have to comment on how professional your company's service has been. I have never had a report as thorough as this. I shall highly recommend your services for ongoing works.”
“I cannot speak highly enough of them. Chay and his team have gone out of their way to assist us, nothing is ever 'too hard' and they always carry out the works to the highest standard possible.”
Possibly. External facades, roofs, windows and some balcony elements are commonly controlled by the body corporate. We can help define the work, but the owner or authorised building representative should confirm approval before mobilisation.
Yes. Rope access can suit houses on steep sites, multi-storey homes, voids, retaining walls and areas above pools, gardens or neighbouring property. We assess each location individually.
A permanent anchor system is not always required. Depending on the structure and task, we may use temporary anchors, engineered clamps, weighted systems or another compliant access method. We will not proceed unless a suitable system can be established.
Professional rope access uses two-rope systems, trained technicians, task-specific planning, rescue provisions and inspected equipment. The exact methodology depends on the site and the work being completed.
Pricing depends on access setup, crew size, height, duration, materials and whether licensed repair work is required. Sending clear photos and the property address is usually the fastest way to get an initial indication.
Yes, subject to crew availability and safe access. We can provide emergency make-safe services, remove loose items, temporarily secure openings and help plan the permanent repair.
