“Truly exceptional, if not the most exceptional team of working-at-height experts I've ever worked with. Every job is executed with precision and professionalism.”

You need contractors who turn up, work around occupants, communicate early and leave useful records without being chased. We provide planned facade maintenance, repairs, cleaning, inspections, height safety compliance and rapid response for difficult-to-access areas across occupied buildings and complex assets.

Facility managers are accountable for presentation, safety, compliance, tenants, budgets and contractor performance, often without enough time to investigate every issue personally. A missed appointment, surprise invoice or repeat leak quickly becomes another complaint and another meeting.
Our aim is to reduce that mental load. We confirm attendance, coordinate access, protect occupants, communicate issues before they escalate and provide records that can be sent directly to owners, committees or asset managers.
Because our capability extends beyond cleaning, we can identify and deliver many of the repairs discovered during ongoing maintenance, reducing the need to source a separate access contractor for every task.

A scheduled service should provide more than a clean facade. It is an opportunity to watch the building over time, identify change and plan work before it becomes an emergency.
For pressure cleaning projects, we can include up to 50 indicative photographs of visible facade defects encountered during the work. This is an early warning, not a comprehensive facade inspection.
Loose materials, broken glass, sudden leaks and access failures can require immediate action. We first establish the risk, exclusion requirements and safe access. Where a permanent repair cannot be completed immediately, we can make the area safe, document the condition and provide a path to the next stage.
You receive early updates, not a surprise at the end of the day. On longer projects, the site supervisor can provide a daily summary of completed areas, issues identified and the plan for the next attendance.

Safe, compliant, high-quality outcomes through a proven, repeatable process that runs the same way from first call to final sign-off.
We understand the building, the risks and your objectives before any work begins.
Practical, fit-for-purpose solutions that actually work on site, not just on paper.
Clear scope, methodology and expectations agreed up front, no surprises later.
The right people, equipment and documentation ready before day one.
Controlled delivery with clear updates, supervision and quality control throughout.
Formal sign-off, follow-up and a long-term partnership, not a one-off job.
Trusted by builders, engineers and property managers across South East Queensland and NSW.

Yes. We can establish standard frequencies, contacts, reporting formats and pricing structures for a portfolio, while retaining building-specific access and safety plans.
We plan work areas, notices, balcony preparation, exclusions, noise and operating hours with the authorised building contact. Crews are briefed to work respectfully around occupied spaces.

Small defined repairs can sometimes be combined with a planned attendance. The scope, materials, licences and approval pathway must be confirmed, and cleaning observations are not a substitute for a detailed inspection.
