Solve Problems at Height Before They Delay Practical Completion
When scaffold is coming down, crane access is limited and a critical facade item is still open, you need a contractor who can mobilise, manage themselves and protect the programme. Rope Access Technicians is built for the pointy end of construction. We plan around the site, work alongside live trades, manage our own access and rescue requirements, and provide clean evidence of what was found, fixed and completed.

Construction and pre-PC services
- Facade defect close-out. Inspection, defect recording, repair, completion evidence and post-rectification verification for scattered items after access systems have moved.
- Concrete and architectural finishes. Spalling, patching, crack repair, rust spots, off-form reinstatement, render and fairing.
- Painting and protective coatings. Qualified painters for touch-ups, full recoats, anti-carbonation systems and final colour rectification.
- Waterproofing, caulking and water testing. Facade joints, expansion joints, perimeter seals, leak rectification and controlled AAMA 501.2 testing.
- Glazing and facade installation. Qualified glaziers and carpenters for reglazing, glass hauling, curtain walls, cladding, screens, sunhoods and emergency make-safes.
- Height safety installation support. Anchor points, rail systems, davit arms, static lines, ladders, walkways and hatches, coordinated through the appropriate parties.
- Construction access and rescue support. Access assistance, confined space entry, rigging and hauling, lowering, debris netting, temporary systems and standby rescue.
- Final presentation. Builders cleans at height, window cleaning, facade washdowns, glass restoration and external presentation before handover.

The 48-hour mobilisation guarantee is available to builders and trade contractors, and applies only to new construction sites or sites within the Defects Liability Period (DLP). Provide a signed contract and approved safety documentation, and we will mobilise to site within 48 hours for an agreed construction support scope. If we do not deliver that commitment for reasons within our control, we will cover a private full-day fishing charter for your Contract Administrator, Project Manager, Site Foreman and HSE Manager.
The commitment assumes an approved scope, signed work order, available induction pathway, required access information, and no client-side permit, weather, engineering, material or safety constraint preventing mobilisation.
Once residents move in, additional defects or maintenance concerns are reported back through the builder's nominated contact. We do not escalate directly to residents, owners, committees or building managers without direction, so you can move through the Defects Liability Period with as little noise as possible.
