Jayden from Ikigai Contractors was already on site doing concrete repairs at the Telstra Exchange in Southport, but there were two elevations he couldn't access to inspect or repair.
We mobilised and completed a detailed inspection of all concrete defects, tap testing the whole façade. Time was critical, so we delivered a detailed report with a comprehensive bill of quantities within 24 business hours. That let him go back to Telstra and price the rest of the work meaningfully.
