The body corporate engaged us to inspect the façade of their Broadbeach tower. While we didn't work directly with their project manager, we kept them in the loop throughout.
It was a detailed inspection, and I believe we took over 5,000 photos on this one. The project manager used that to create a bill of quantities and a meaningful tender scope for the remedial contractors to quote from.
