The committee engaged us to inspect the façade before tendering their painting and remediation works to several contractors. We were chosen for our ability to provide not just a clear, client-facing quote but a structured bill of quantities backed by photographs and measurements.
We completed the inspection in a week and distributed the report shortly after. It let the building engage a large-scale remedial builder for the concrete repairs we found, and gave them a clear picture of the true project cost well before work started, which made the budgeting and financial decisions straightforward.
