The first building over 40 storeys we pressure cleaned, set up with four cleaners running at once for a 55-storey Meriton tower.
Sundale is a 55-storey Meriton building right near the Sundale Bridge in Southport, and the first building over 40 storeys we pressure cleaned. To do it safely we brought in special hoses and whip checks, and had additional taps installed at rooftop level so four pressure cleaners could run at the same time and cover large sections of the façade at once.
On tall buildings, planning around the wind and the size of each elevation is what keeps the site safe and the finish consistent, no matter how high the building goes.
