Ocean by Meriton is one of the Gold Coast's most iconic high-rises: 76 storeys standing right on the beach and the Surfers Paradise esplanade. We've completed multiple window cleaning cycles here, and worked with the Meriton head office to build a schedule that keeps the tower looking sharp all year while staying inside the façade contractor and manufacturer warranties.
At 76 storeys and metres from the ocean, the job is all about planning around the wind and putting enough technicians on site to finish large sections of the building in a single run. The rooftop and façade rigging made access challenging early on, but after a few modifications it's a genuinely good setup now.
It's become one of the towers we're proudest to look after, with strong relationships on both the residential and hotel sides of the building.
