Ocean by Meriton is the tallest building we undertake a full wash down on regularly. At 76 storeys, with the height safety system, the gold crown around the top and the proximity to the ocean, it takes significant planning to execute safely and finish to a high standard.
This kind of work is our bread and butter. Years of cleaning high-rise buildings means we've developed our own ways of managing and planning it, and we've invested in equipment that makes tall towers like this as smooth as possible. We worked with the Meriton head office on an annual schedule that keeps the hotel looking great year-round while staying within the manufacturer and façade contractor warranties.
