The scaffold was coming down, materials were running late and shop drawings were limited, but both the builder and the trade contractor still needed a practical way to install most of the aluminium screens and sun hoods across all four elevations.
We mobilised a rope access crew and installed the complex multi-piece assemblies straight off the façade, chemical-set fixings and all. Longer work days and weekend pushes kept the works tracking against the PC date.
The project reached practical completion on programme with no delays.
