Jordan Andrews at Andrews Projects asked us to inspect the façade at Dune before the 12-month defect liability period lapsed with the builder. He already had concerns about aspects of the façade and wanted observational photos of the things he was worried about.
We took over 500 photos and structured them into a clear report, which he used to have a meaningful, evidence-backed conversation with the builder about the various issues and defects.
