During a heavy storm, a piece of flashing worked loose above the main TV in the central court area. Police had closed the surrounding roads, concerned it could fly off, and the building's regular abseiler wouldn't come out. Emergency services were six hours away.
We got the call and mobilised within 45 minutes to secure the flashing. A week later we returned, measured up and replaced the damaged section properly.
