Fourteen failing balustrade panels changed out in a single day behind safety netting, on the iconic 72-storey twin-tower complex.
Circle on Cavill is a two-tower complex in the heart of Surfers Paradise, with the taller tower at 72 storeys. Several balustrade panels around the common areas and upper rooftops had failing internal laminate, and an engineer's report called for them to be changed out.
We set up safety netting on the outside of the balustrades at every location so there was no chance of a panel falling down the building, then changed out all 14 panels in a single day.
