The committee engaged us to inspect the façade after the remedial builder who had delivered a major project on the building was no longer trading. They wanted a clear read on how the repairs had gone and whether any defects remained.
They came to us for a few reasons: a long-standing relationship with the building, our earlier work assisting the engineer with the height safety upgrade during that remediation, and façade inspections of ours they'd seen and been impressed by. We were happy to work alongside their project manager to check anything that had been flagged.
