Atlantis West is a 36-storey building in Paradise Waters. The committee asked us to investigate an ongoing water leak in one of the units. When we abseiled the area it became clear the water was getting in beside a window, caused by a concrete spall.
We removed the spall, took off some of the window flashings, cleaned and primed the exposed steel and patched the area, fixing the cause of the leak rather than just chasing the symptom inside.
