“Truly exceptional, if not the most exceptional team of working-at-height experts I've ever worked with. Every job is executed with precision and professionalism.”

When your crew can complete the work but cannot safely reach it, we provide the access, rigging, rescue and technical support to keep the job moving. We work alongside glaziers, facade installers, painters, waterproofers, engineers, mechanical contractors and specialist trades without taking over the client relationship.

Waiting for scaffold, cranes, mast climbers or elevated work platforms can leave skilled installers standing around while programme pressure builds. Small inaccessible items then become return visits, overtime, defects and arguments about responsibility.
We act as an extension of your delivery team. We can provide access only, support your specialist while they complete the task, or deliver an agreed work package using our qualified technicians. The objective is simple: keep your crew productive and close the work out without creating another management problem.
We understand facade sequencing, occupied-building constraints, builder pressure and the commercial importance of documenting damage or conditions that were not caused by your trade.

The 48-hour mobilisation guarantee is available to builders and trade contractors, and applies only to new construction sites or sites within the Defects Liability Period (DLP). Provide a signed contract and approved safety documentation, and we will mobilise to site within 48 hours for an agreed construction support scope. If we do not deliver that commitment for reasons within our control, we will cover a private full-day fishing charter for your Project Manager, Site Foreman, Director and Estimator.
The commitment assumes an approved scope, signed work order, available induction pathway, required access information, and no client-side permit, weather, engineering, material or safety constraint preventing mobilisation.

Safe, compliant, high-quality outcomes through a proven, repeatable process that runs the same way from first call to final sign-off.
We understand the building, the risks and your objectives before any work begins.
Practical, fit-for-purpose solutions that actually work on site, not just on paper.
Clear scope, methodology and expectations agreed up front, no surprises later.
The right people, equipment and documentation ready before day one.
Controlled delivery with clear updates, supervision and quality control throughout.
Formal sign-off, follow-up and a long-term partnership, not a one-off job.
Trusted by builders, engineers and property managers across South East Queensland and NSW.

“I cannot speak highly enough of them. Chay and his team have gone out of their way to assist us, nothing is ever 'too hard' and they always carry out the works to the highest standard possible.”
Only people with the required training, competency and site approval can operate as rope access technicians. Where your specialist is not rope-access qualified, we can often provide assisted access, work positioning, fall protection or a system that allows them to complete the task under an agreed methodology.
Yes. We regularly support trade contractors and respect the agreed communication chain. Findings and potential scope changes are reported to your nominated representative.
Either party can supply them. The quote or work order should clearly state responsibility for consumables, proprietary components, glazing equipment, engineering details and replacement materials.
Often, yes. Availability depends on the crew size, licences, inductions, materials and access design required. Early photos and site documents help us confirm the fastest safe option.
Yes. We have rope winches, power ascenders, rigging equipment, vacuum glass lifting capability and technicians experienced in controlled panel movement. Each lift requires a task-specific plan and confirmation of weights, dimensions and attachment points.
