Rope Access Support That Keeps Your Trade Moving

When your crew can complete the work but cannot safely reach it, we provide the access, rigging, rescue and technical support to keep the job moving. We work alongside glaziers, facade installers, painters, waterproofers, engineers, mechanical contractors and specialist trades without taking over the client relationship.

Access delays burn labour, margin and goodwill

Waiting for scaffold, cranes, mast climbers or elevated work platforms can leave skilled installers standing around while programme pressure builds. Small inaccessible items then become return visits, overtime, defects and arguments about responsibility.

We act as an extension of your delivery team. We can provide access only, support your specialist while they complete the task, or deliver an agreed work package using our qualified technicians. The objective is simple: keep your crew productive and close the work out without creating another management problem.

We understand facade sequencing, occupied-building constraints, builder pressure and the commercial importance of documenting damage or conditions that were not caused by your trade.

Common trade contractor support

  • Facade and glazing access. Access for panel installation, adjustment, reglazing, gasket work, wet seals, curtain-wall defects, sunhoods, screens and cladding, including areas missed when scaffold or mast climbers are removed.
  • Rigging, hauling and lowering. Electric rope winches, power ascenders, multipod systems, vacuum glass lifters and tension lines to move glass, equipment and materials where cranes or lifts are unavailable.
  • Standby rescue and access assistance. Temporary fall-arrest or fall-restraint systems, escorting specialists into difficult areas and maintaining a competent rescue capability.
  • Waterproofing, sealant and leak rectification. Licensed waterproofers and sealant technicians for perimeter seals, expansion joints and leak-related repairs, direct or in support of a facade contractor.
  • Defect close-out and return visits. Mobilising for scattered high-level defects and completing work after primary access systems have been removed, with evidence items are ready for verification.
  • Inspections and proof. Before, during and after photographs, measurements, locations and notes structured for project records, variations, backcharge discussions or consultant sign-off.
Three ways we can support your scope

Three ways we can support your scope

  • Access-only support. We establish the rope access, fall protection or temporary access system and provide trained technicians, supervision and rescue coverage while your specialist remains responsible for the trade task.
  • Integrated crew support. Our technicians work alongside your team to handle positioning, tools, materials, rigging, glazing equipment and workface logistics, keeping your trade knowledge central.
  • Complete subcontract work package. Where the scope aligns with our licences and capabilities, we supply access, labour, tooling, QA and completion records under one package.

Protecting your margin and client relationship

  • We coordinate around your installation sequence and avoid interrupting productive workfaces
  • Additional issues are reported to your nominated contact, not escalated directly to your client without authority
  • Site conditions, damage by others and scope changes are photographed and raised early
  • We arrive with the access equipment and practical tooling needed for the agreed task
  • Our team can work under your project controls while maintaining our own rope access and rescue requirements
  • Clear timesheets, photos and completion records reduce paperwork after the job

48-hour mobilisation guarantee

The 48-hour mobilisation guarantee is available to builders and trade contractors, and applies only to new construction sites or sites within the Defects Liability Period (DLP). Provide a signed contract and approved safety documentation, and we will mobilise to site within 48 hours for an agreed construction support scope. If we do not deliver that commitment for reasons within our control, we will cover a private full-day fishing charter for your Project Manager, Site Foreman, Director and Estimator.

The commitment assumes an approved scope, signed work order, available induction pathway, required access information, and no client-side permit, weather, engineering, material or safety constraint preventing mobilisation.

Frequently asked questions.

Only people with the required training, competency and site approval can operate as rope access technicians. Where your specialist is not rope-access qualified, we can often provide assisted access, work positioning, fall protection or a system that allows them to complete the task under an agreed methodology.

Yes. We regularly support trade contractors and respect the agreed communication chain. Findings and potential scope changes are reported to your nominated representative.

Either party can supply them. The quote or work order should clearly state responsibility for consumables, proprietary components, glazing equipment, engineering details and replacement materials.

Often, yes. Availability depends on the crew size, licences, inductions, materials and access design required. Early photos and site documents help us confirm the fastest safe option.

Yes. We have rope winches, power ascenders, rigging equipment, vacuum glass lifting capability and technicians experienced in controlled panel movement. Each lift requires a task-specific plan and confirmation of weights, dimensions and attachment points.

Yes, where the site, residents, noise controls and permit conditions allow. Out-of-hours delivery can be useful in CBD, retail, occupied and programme-critical environments.
