Yes. Our IRATA-certified rope access painters work directly off the rope, so most elevations are reached without scaffold or swing stages, which means faster mobilisation, less disruption and lower cost.
Full facade repaints, protective and waterproof coatings, feature elements, balcony soffits, railings, render and touch-ups, plus prep like cleaning, sanding and spot priming, matched to the substrate and manufacturer specification.
Yes. A coating is only as good as its prep, so we wash down, treat mould, address loose or chalking coatings and prime as needed before topcoats go on. Where render or sealants have failed we flag it before painting over the problem.
Yes, and it usually saves money. Because access is the expensive part of any high-rise job, painting can be coordinated with a building wash-down, concrete or render repairs, sealant replacement and facade inspections on the same rope set-up.
